Why am I not able to view Basic Inventory Control Help on Windows Vista and Windows 7?
Windows Vista/Windows 7 does not automatically include the requisite Windows Help Viewer for the traditional help files. The Help Viewer installation can be found at Microsoft's website at http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=91.
